Certification Requirements
- Must be available Mondays & Tuesdays.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically in Excel.
- Have an aptitude for Math.
- Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Be an effective communicator, both written and oral.
Job Duties
- Assist with billing monthly.
- Handling account payables for appropriate accounts.
- Assist with payroll bi-weekly.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Other projects as assigned.
