PRN Home Health & Therapy has a team of highly-qualified and compassionate therapists that specialize in speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Our goal is to help improve our patient’s overall health and confidence following a hospital stay, injury or decline in their health.

Our healthcare professionals partner closely with various assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities throughout Wisconsin to provide care right in their buildings. No matter where “home” is, our clinicians travel throughout Wisconsin to provide the best care. We make it easy to get our patients the quality of care they need without them ever having to leave the comfort of their home.

Our therapy team consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, PTAs, COTAs, and SLPAs. All are highly-trained and ready to provide the best possible care for you or your loved one.
