About Us

Our President, Pete Hietpas, started his career as a CNA in Appleton, Wisconsin area working with a variety of staffing agencies. He had a passion for caring for others, but felt that staffing agencies were lacking care and compassion for their own nursing staff. As a result, Pete started our sister company, Nurses PRN in 1995. As he worked with clients and facilities over the years, he discovered a need in the market for home health care services and contract therapy care within facilities.

In 2015, that discovery fueled his passion to start PRN Home Health & Therapy. Ever since then, our team of highly-qualified, caring and compassionate healthcare professionals have been providing skilled nursing care, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy to patients in assisted living facilities and in the comfort of their own homes.

We also provide contract therapy services to skilled nursing facilities throughout Wisconsin. In these partnerships we strive to be an extension of your facility’s team. Our staff works closely with your own to provide the best quality care to the patients. You will have consistent, friendly faces, providing therapy at your facilities because we understand that consistency in care for patients is crucial for their success.
