PRN Home Health & Therapy is a contract therapy provider for skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities throughout Wisconsin. It’s our goal to collaborate with your team to ensure that the patient has well-rounded care in one facility, which eliminates the need to transfer residents to a different therapy site. We not only provide staffing but also ensure the growth of the facility’s rehabilitation programs and in turn overall success.

Our Continuum of Care approach ensures that all patient therapy remains in your facility. We see the patient through inpatient therapy, in-home therapy, and when no longer homebound the patient will return to your facility for outpatient therapy. Adding our therapy team to your facility will provide you a significant source of income.

Another perk to hiring our team is that many of our therapists are certified in LSVT BIG and LOUD. These additional certifications from our therapists add countless benefits to your patients with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders.

LSVT BIG is an extensive one-on-one therapy program that helps patients with walking, balance, and other daily living activities. LSVT LOUD is a therapy program that focuses on exercises to strengthen the patient’s voice box, which in turn will help the patient speak in a greater volume. Research also indicates that LSVT LOUD treatment helps improve overall communication, which includes articulation, intonation, and facial expressions. In addition to these certifications, our therapists are skilled to handle lymphedema management as well. This type of treatment includes lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, skin care, and therapy exercises.
