Our Story
Our President, Pete Hietpas, began his career as a CNA in Appleton, Wisconsin, working with various staffing agencies. Passionate about caring for others, he noticed a lack of support for nursing staff and founded Nurses PRN in 1995. Through his work with clients and facilities, he identified a growing need for home health care and contract therapy services.
Since 2015, our skilled team has delivered nursing, occupational, physical, and speech therapy in patients’ homes and assisted living facilities. We also provide contract therapy services to skilled nursing facilities, working closely with your staff to ensure consistency and the best outcomes for every patient.
At PRN, we treat every patient like family, providing care that’s reliable, compassionate, and tailored to their needs. Our goal is simple: support healthcare staff, empower facilities, and deliver exceptional care to the communities we serve.
