Description
Country Villa Assisted Living in Freedom is currently looking to hire an assistant director. Responsibilities • The Assistant Director acts on behalf of the Director in their absence includes on-call rotation schedule • The Assistant Director oversees the daily operations of the Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) to which he/she is assigned • He/She is responsible for maintaining the facility according to DHS 83, OSHA Regulations and Country Villa’s Policies and Procedures • Under the direction of the Director, the Assistant Director assures the health, safety and welfare of all residents and assists in supervising all employees • He/She is expected to be in the facility five days per week, Monday Thru Friday, with also availability to help on the floor when needed (weekends maybe) • Primarily scheduling and other administration roles Pay will be discussed inJob Responsibilities
