Description
We are looking for Full time kitchen staff for Country Villa Assisted Living in Pulaski for the 11Am-7Pm shift, 4 days week with alternating weekends.Requirements
CBRF certifications; preferred but not required
Prior cooking experience
Ability to work as a team and independently
Time management
Food Safety certification preferred but not required upon hire; will train
Job Responsibilities
-Follow Department of Health Services WI Admin Code DHS 83.41 Food Service
-Responsible for making sure all of the Food is properly prepared and highest quality of food is served to residents.
-Maintain and stock all kitchen/food inventory
-Following the Menu according to the Dietary needs/restrictions of the residents (mechanical soft, puree, thickened diets, low sodium)
-Ensure all foods are dated and properly stored
-Make Sure Fridge & Freezer temp logs are completed and current
-Practice proper kitchen hygiene and sanitation
