Once you submit your application for PRN Home Health and Therapy, here is what you can expect

The Application

Congratulations, you submitted your application! We value prompt communication! Our goal is to review every application within 1 business day. If you’re qualified, you’ll be asked to schedule a phone screen with our team recruiter.

We have done our best to make the application process as easy and quick as possible, while still getting to know you. We do not believe multiple interviews add value for us or for the applicant

The Phone Screen

The phone screen is a casual, and open discussion. Our goal is to learn about your background, understand what you need in your next positions, and tell you all about us! This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions

The Interview

Nice job, you got asked to interview, here is what happens next! Our main office is in Appleton, so if you live in the Fox Valley you’ll be invited to interview at the office. For the farther away folks, it will be virtual!

In the interview you’ll have the opportunity to meet the Director of your department as well as some other stakeholders. Our goal is to use this time to get to know you, talk about the job in more detail, and of course, answer any questions you may have!

The Job Shadow

This is the most important part of any interview process, making sure the position is the right fit for you! We encourage all of our applicants to go on a job shadow, but it is especially important for anyone who has not done home health before.

This is usually 1-2 hours; we will partner you up with one of our clinicians in your area and they will let you know when and where to meet. You’ll have the opportunity to observe 1-2 visits and ask questions about the company to someone who is doing the job you’re applying for
