PRN Home Health & Therapy has a team of highly-qualified, compassionate and dedicated clinicians that specialize in speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and skilled nursing. Our goal is to help improve our patient’s overall health and confidence following a hospital stay, injury or decline in their health.

Our healthcare professionals partner closely with various assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities throughout Wisconsin to provide care right in their buildings. We also travel throughout Wisconsin to provide care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
